My approach to providing therapy is to make sure that my clients feel safe. I believe that what we need is “already in us.” Sometimes we just need a listening ear and support to bring it out of us.
I typically work with clients who have a variety of issues. I am comfortable treating clients that are dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief, relationship issues, work place stress and other issues.
I can not stress enough how it important it is for clients to feel safe during our sessions. I want clients to feel that they can trust me. I have been told by clients that they appreciate that our sessions are a “judgement-free” zone.
